China National Radio Station Visited the Confucius Institute at University of Latvia
当地时间8月30日，中国中央权威性和影响力较大的综合传媒事业单位中国中央人民广播电台于拉脱维亚大学工业街孔院教室访问了孔子学院中外方院长以及学生代表。中共中央人民广播电台新闻部记者刘倩茹、曹美丽等五人、拉脱维亚大学孔子学院中外方院长、孔子学院教师及学生代表参加了此次访谈。
访谈开始前，中共中央人民广播电台五名代表先后参观了拉脱维亚大学五周年纪念展，其中主要涉及拉脱维亚大学孔子学院简介、教学活动、文化活动、重大常规活动及其他活动等内容，代表为之震撼！
访谈主要分为三个环节，首先是中外方院长介绍了拉脱维亚大学孔子学院及各个教学点汉语教学的发展历史，指出了拉脱维亚大学孔子学院是波罗的海三国培养汉语学习者最多的孔子学院，是波罗的海汉学研究中心。
其次是中外方院长接受访问。在谈及汉语教学中拉脱维亚大学孔子学院发挥什么作用这个问题上，中方院长尚劝余教授说到“拉脱维亚大学孔子学院不仅是汉语教学的重要平台，更是传播中华文化的桥梁，如今已经成为了中拉友好交往的纽带。”在谈及拉脱维亚大学孔子学院成立至今学生的就业问题上，外方院长贝德高教授说到“作为波罗的海最早开始教授中文的孔子学院，至今我们已培养数百名汉语人才，拉脱维亚外交部、拉脱维亚内务部、拉脱维亚议会、拉脱维亚交通部等都活跃着孔子学院学生的身影。”
最后是学生代表接受访问。在谈及汉语学习中最难的部分这个问题上，米雪儿说到“汉字部分最难，但是我们通过硬笔书法、软笔书法加深了对汉字的喜爱，我们热衷于学习汉字。”在谈及一带一路政策扶持下，如何选择就业这个问题上，娜拉说到“一带一路不仅带动了拉脱维亚经济的发展，更促使越来越多的拉脱维亚人学习汉语，给我们带来了很多的就业机会。”
On August 30th, local time, China National Radio Station, the authoritative and influential comprehensive media institution of the Central Committee of China, visited Professor Shang Quanyu, Chinese-side Director, Professor Peteris Pildegovics, Latvian-side Director and student representatives in the classroom of the Confucius Institute at University of Latvia in the Industrial Street. Five reporters including Liu Qianru and Cao Meili, from the China National Radio Station, the Chinese-side and Latvian-side Directors, teachers and student representatives of the Confucius Institute at University of Latvia participated in the interview.
Before the interview, five representatives of China National Radio Station visited the fifth anniversary commemorative exhibition of the Confucius Institute at University of Latvia, which mainly involved the introduction of the Confucius Institute at University of Latvia, teaching activities, cultural activities, major routine activities and other activities. They were shocked by these!
The interview was mainly divided into three parts. First, the Chinese-side and Latvian-side Directors introduced the development history of the Confucius Institute at University of Latvia and the Chinese teaching at various teaching points. It was pointed out that the Confucius Institute at University of Latvia is the Confucius Institute with the largest number of Chinese learners in the Baltic region. It is the Sinology Research Center of the Baltic region.
Secondly, the Chinese-side and Latvian-side Directors of the Confucius Institute accepted the interview. When talking about the role of the Confucius Institute at University of Latvia in teaching Chinese, Professor Shang Quanyu, Chinese-side Director said that Confucius Institute at University of Latvia is not only an important platform for Chinese language teaching, but also a bridge for spreading Chinese culture, and now it’s the tie of friendly exchanges between China and Latvia. When talking about the employment of students from the Confucius Institute at University of Latvia, Professor Peteris Pildegovics, Latvian-side Director, said: ‘As the first Confucius Institute to teach Chinese in the Baltic region, we have trained hundreds of Chinese talents, the Confucius Institute students all active in the Latvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Latvian Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Latvian Parliament, and the Latvian Ministry of Transport.’
Finally, the student representatives accept the interview. When talking about the most difficult part of Chinese learning, Mi Xue’er said: ‘the Chinese character part is the most difficult, but we have deepened the love of Chinese characters through hard pen calligraphy and soft pen calligraphy. We are keen on learning Chinese characters.’ Under the policy of the Belt and Road Initiative, how to choose employment, Na La said: ‘the Belt and Road Initiative has not only promoted the development of Latvia’s economy, but also prompted more and more Latvians to learn Chinese, which has brought us many employment opportunities.’
