本次会议由卡琳娜主持，共分为三个部分，在会议的第一部分，卡琳娜给营员们分发并详细解释了夏令营日程表，让学员们充分了解夏令营行程；第二部分卡琳娜宣布了夏令营的相关注意事项：包括机票事务、人身安全、证件安全、医疗健康、手机通讯等方面，确保学员们在华期间的旅程安全、有序；第三部分是问答环节，学员们就自己存疑之处纷纷提问，在融洽的交谈氛围中会议落下了帷幕。

希望2019年拉脱维亚大学孔子学院夏令营在即将到来的旅程中一切顺利，收获满满。

At local time 18:30 on June 27, 2019, The meeting of 2019 summer camp in the Confucius Institute of the University of Latvia was held at the Industrial Street Auditorium.There were more than 40 people including the team leaders Karina, Zeng Qingjun and all the campers in the summer camp.

The meeting was divided into three parts. The first part is that Karina distributed and explained the camp schedule to the campers; the second part is that Karina announced the notice: including ticket,. personal safety, document security, medical health, mobile communication, etc. The third part is the Q&A session, which was held in a harmonious conversation atmosphere.
