Chinese Embassy in Latvia Attend Riga Christmas Charity Bazaar
2017年12月2日上午10点，中国驻拉脱维亚使馆参加了由里加国际妇女俱乐部在拉脱维亚里加市议会厅举办的圣诞慈善义卖活动，包括中国在内的十余家驻拉使馆及数家拉著名企业参加了本次义卖。驻拉脱维亚使馆大使黄勇、参赞李涛、商务处参赞刘少军率馆员及拉脱维亚大学孔子学院教师参加了此次活动。
义卖现场气氛热烈。多国驻拉使馆、知名企业和慈善机构精心布置了独具民族特色的展台。中国驻拉使馆用五星红旗和大红灯笼装点展台，并为义卖准备了精美的中国工艺品和美味的中式特色美食。上海八宝饭、红星二锅头、富有中华神韵的各式手工艺品吸引了众多外国朋友驻足和购买。可爱的熊猫娃娃深受小朋友们的喜欢，传统中国美食麻球、饺子和虾片更令来宾们大快朵颐。
中国驻拉脱维亚使馆在此次活动中还拍卖了一瓶五粮液。
活动结束后，使馆将义卖所得善款全部捐赠给主办方，用于救助残疾儿童及社会弱势群体。
On December 2nd 2017, Chinese Embassy in Latvia participated in the Christmas charity bazaar organized by the International Women’ Club in Riga City Council, Latvia.More than a dozen embassies including Chinese Embassy in Latvia and several well-known Latvian enterprises also participated in this activity. Mr. Huang Yong, Ambassador of the Embassy in Latvia, Mr. Li Tao, Counselor and Mr. Liu Shaojun, Counselor of the Commercial Department leaded embassy staff and Confucius Institute at the University of Latvia’ teachers attended this activity.
Embassies of different countries in Latvia, well-known Latvian enterprises and Charities decorated their booth with National characteristics.Chinese Embassy decorated the booth with Five-star red flag and red lanterns.They also prepared exquisite Chinese crafts and delicious Chinese delicious food for this charity bazaar.Shanghai rice with different nus and beans,Red star wine and different kinds of handicrafts with Chinese specialties attracted many foreign friends to buy.Cute panda dolls were loved by children. Ma balls, dumplings and shrimp slices were the most favorite traditional Chinese food by guests.
Chinese Embassy donated a bottle of Wuliangye, Chinese famous wine for action in this activity.
After this activity, Chinese Embassy donated all proceeds from the charity sale to the organizers for the relief of children with disabilities and the social vulnerable groups.
