International School of Riga Held the International Day
2019年3月12日，里加国际学校举办了一年一度的国际日活动。来自十六个国家的小朋友及家长参加了此次活动。
本活动在各国小朋友举旗游园中拉开序幕。游园过程中不同语言、不同肤色的孩子们唱着同一首歌，共同唱响“天下一家”的主旋律。游园结束后，各位家长负责的本国展台悄然登场，小朋友们品尝各国特色美食，了解不同文化，参与游戏活动，玩得不亦乐乎。其中，由拉脱维亚大学孔子学院志愿者教师协助的中国展台“我的中国名字”更是吸引了一大批“小粉丝”。此外，中国特色美食“茶叶蛋”、“京酱肉丝”被一抢而空。
小小的展台播撒着一颗颗文化的种子，相信它定能在不远的将来于拉脱维亚这片神圣的土地上生根发芽。
International School of Riga held the international day on 12th March 2019. Children and parents from 16 countries participated in the event.
This event started in mass celebration in a park by children’s flag-raising parks in various countries. Children of different languages and different skin colors sang the same song and sang the main theme of ‘One World, One Family’ during the process. The national booths that parents are responsible for are quietly appearing. The children tasted the specialties of different countries, learnt about different cultures, participated in game activities and had fun. Among them, the Chinese booth ‘My Chinese Name’, assisted by Chinese volunteer teachers from the Confucius Institute at University of Latvia, has attracted a large number of ‘small fans’. In addition, Chinese specialties such as ‘tea egg’ and ‘pork with sweet sauce’ were warmly welcomed.
The small booths spread the seeds of different cultures, and believe that it will take root in the sacred land of Latvia in the near future.
