Confucius Classroom at Rezekne University Held a Chinese Cuisine Culture Lecture
拉脱维亚当地时间2017年11月15日下午5点,一场中国美食文化讲座正在热火朝天地进行着。
在这场讲座开始之前,志愿者教师赵倩就在课堂上通过播放视频让大家了解了泡茶的过程,然后让学生自己动手体验泡茶。讲座在阵阵中国茶香中开始,首先志愿者教师赵倩向大家介绍了中国八大菜系,中国八大菜系是鲁菜、川菜、粤菜、闽菜、苏菜、浙菜、徽菜、湘菜,介绍了各大菜系的主要原料、口味特征、烹饪方式和代表菜。然后向学生们展示了一段视频,视频内容是一名外国人在中国四川的美食之旅。
最后,大家一边吃着中国菜,一边聊着自己对中国美食文化的看法和理解,学生们也介绍了自己国家特色的美食。在一片欢声笑语中,这次讲座画下了完美的句号。

Before this lecture started, the Chinese volunteer teacher Zhao Qian had introduced how to make Chinese tea through a video,then let one student made tea for all .Then the lecture started in the atmosphere of tea aroma.Teacher Zhao introduced eight major cuisines in China,including Sichuan Cuisine, Guangdong Cuisine,Shandong cuisine,Jiangsu cuisine,Zhejiang cuisine,Fujian cuisine,Hunan cuisine, Anhui cuisine,and introduce their ingredients,flavors,techniques,famous dishes.Then Teacher Zhao showed a video about a foreigner’s food travel in Sichuan province.
Finally, people were tasting tasting Chinese dishes, while talking about Chinese food culture from their own views and understanding, students have also introduced their own characteristics cuisine later. In the midst of laughter, this Chinese cuisine culture lecture came to a perfect end.
