LUCI Chinese Teachers Attended the Reception in Chinese Embassy in Latvia and the Meeting for the 15th ‘Chinese Bridge’ Chinese Competition
2018年2月24日中午12点，拉脱维亚大学孔子学院全体汉语教师及汉语教师志愿者赴中国驻拉脱维亚使馆参加招待会和“汉语桥”中文比赛筹备会。中国驻拉脱维亚使馆大使黄勇、参赞孙应来、主任郭海波、拉脱维亚大学孔子学院院长尚劝余及孔院全体汉语教师、汉语教师志愿者参加了此次活动。
招待会开始。驻拉脱维亚使馆大使黄勇致辞。他首先向拉脱维亚大学孔子学院全体汉语教师及汉语教师志愿者致以亲切的问候和衷心的感谢。随后，拉脱维亚大学孔子学院院长尚劝余作孔院工作汇报。随后，驻拉使馆大使黄勇、参赞孙应来、主任郭海波与拉大孔院全体汉语教师及汉语教师志愿者共进午餐。
招待会结束，驻拉使馆参赞孙应来主持了2018年拉脱维亚第十五届“汉语桥”中文比赛筹备会，驻拉使馆主任郭海波、拉大孔院院长尚劝余及孔院全体汉语教师、汉语教师志愿者出席会议。
会议总结回顾了2017年拉脱维亚第十四届“汉语桥”中文比赛的经验，分析了拉脱维亚汉语教学的形势，对今年“汉语桥”比赛的组织方案、比赛流程、评委会的组成、奖项设置等进行了激烈的讨论。
2017年4月，拉脱维亚成功举办了第十四届届“汉语桥”中文比赛，来自拉脱维亚各地区的几十位学生参加了比赛。新华社、拉脱维亚今日报等多家媒体都进行了报道，反响良好。孙应来参赞和郭海波主任对各位老师为拉脱维亚汉语教学和“汉语桥”比赛付出的辛勤努力表示感谢，希望大家再接再厉办好今年的比赛。与会的各位老师纷纷表示：将认真完成此次比赛的各项工作，共同推动拉脱维亚汉语教育事业的发展。
On February 24th 2018, The whole LUCI Chinese teachers and volunteer Chinese teachers went to Chinese Embassy in Latvia to attend the reception and preparation’s meeting for the 15th ‘Chinese Bridge’ Chinese Competition.Mr. Huang Yong, Ambassador of the Chinese Embassy in Latvia, Mr. Sun Yinglai, Counselor, Mr. Guo Haibo, Director, Prof. Shang Quanyu, Chinese-side Director of LUCI and the whole LUCI Chinese teachers and volunteer Chinese teachers attended this activity.
In the beginning of the reception,Mr. Huang Yong, Ambassador of the Chinese Embassy in Latvia made a speech to express thanks for the whole LUCI Chinese teachers and volunteer Chinese teachers.Next, Prof. Shang Quanyu, Chinese-side Director of LUCI made a report to introduce LUCI.Then, Mr. Huang Yong, Ambassador of the Chinese Embassy in Latvia, Mr. Sun Yinglai, Counselor and Mr. Guo Haibo, Director ate lunch with the whole LUCI Chinese teachers and volunteer Chinese teachers.
After reception,Mr. Sun Yinglai, Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Latvia hosted the preparation’s meeting for the 15th ‘Chinese Bridge’ Chinese Competition. Mr. Guo Haibo, Director of the Chinese Embassy in Latvia,Prof. Shang Quanyu, Chinese-side Director of LUCI and the whole LUCI Chinese teachers and volunteer Chinese teachers attended this meeting.
The meeting reviewed the experience of last ‘Chinese Bridge’ Chinese Competition in Latvia and analyzed the situation of Chinese teaching in Latvia.There was also a heated discussion for the organization plan, competition process, composition of the jury committee, awards setting and so on for this year’s competition.
In April 2017, Latvia successfully hosted the 14th ‘Chinese Bridge’ Chinese Competition, in which dozens of students from all regions of Latvia participated. It was reported by Xinhua News Agency, Latvia Today and other press. Mr. Sun Yinglai, Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Latvia and Mr. Guo Haibo, Director thanked all the teachers for their work in Chinese teaching and organizing the competition and encouraged them to do their best in this year’ competition.All the teachers said: They would completed all the work in this competition conscientiously and promote the development of Chinese education in Latvia.
