LUCI held The 2018 Mid-Autumn Festival celebrations-Chinese Corner activitiy
当地时间9月25日18时，中拉共百余人齐聚拉脱维亚首都里加的长城饭店，欢度中秋佳节。
中国驻拉脱维亚大使馆代办孙应来、商务参赞沈晓凯、以及武官郑勤力，拉脱维亚大学孔子学院中方院长尚劝余教授，拉脱维亚留华同学会会长卡琳娜，画家白凯夏女士，孔院师生、留华同学会、华人、中国留学生代表等参加了此次中秋节汉语角活动。
本次活动由拉脱维亚大学汉语教师王琼子和拉脱维亚留华同学会会长卡琳娜共同主持。首先，到场的各位嘉宾依次进行了自我介绍。品香茶、吃月饼，欣赏节目表演，活动丰富而有趣。拉脱维亚大学孔子学院学生、人文学院学生以及拉脱维亚留华同学会学生为大家带来了一场视听盛宴，有中秋故事、习俗的讲解，有《月亮代表我的心》的歌曲演唱，还有学生朗诵了自创的中秋诗词，更有拉大人文学院学生改编自拉脱维亚经典儿歌的欢快合唱曲——《小安娜洗澡歌》。然后，拉脱维亚大学孔子学院教师腾飞为大家讲解了中秋节的不同称谓以及中国各地不同的中秋节习俗，以及他的家乡河南省特殊的拜月、祭月方式，同时，画家白凯夏女士现场为大家作了一幅“金菊月饼图”。到场的中拉人士进行了自由交谈，相互了解中拉两国节日的不同习俗，交谈气氛温馨和睦。最后，汉语教师志愿者和中国留学生一起为大家演唱了一首《但愿人长久》，表达了对中拉人民友谊的美好祝愿。大家还一起学习了“玉兔”的折纸方法，本次中秋汉语角活动在欢快的氛围下完美落幕。
Local time on September 25th, 2018, more than 100 people from China and Latvia gathered in the Great Wall Restaurant in Riga in the evening to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival.
Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Latvia, Sun Yinglai and Shen Xiaokai, Military attache Zheng Qinli, Chinese-side Director of the Confucius Institute at University of Latvia, Professor Shang Quanyu, President of the Latvian Chinese Students Association, Kalina Jermaka, painter Bai Kaixia, teachers and students of Confucius Institute, Latvian Chinese Students Association,Ethnic Chinese, representatives of Chinese students and others participated in the Chinese Corner of the Mid-Autumn Festival.
The event was co-hosted by Wang Qiongzi, a Chinese teacher of Latvia University, and Karina Jermaka, president of the Latvian Chinese Students Association. First of all, Everyone in the room introduced themselves in turn, and after they got to know each other,Then they began to enjoy tea and eat moon cakes while enjoying the show. Among them, the students of the Confucius Institute at University of Latvia,the students of the Faculty of Humanities,and Latvian Chinese Students Association brought an audio-visual feast—a story about the Mid-Autumn Festival and customs, a song entitled “The Moon Represents My Heart”, and students who recited their own Mid-Autumn Festival poetry. There is a happy chorus brought by the students – “Little Anna Bathing Song”. Then, the teacher of the Confucius Institute at University of Latvia-TengFei gave a lecture on the different names of the Mid-Autumn Festival and the different Mid-Autumn Festival customs in China, as well as the special way of worshipping the moon in his hometown-HeNan. In addition, the painter Bai Kaixia made a Mid-Autumn Festival painting for everyone, which is very nice. Secondly, the Chinese and Latvians conducted free conversations and enhanced the cultural understanding between China and Latvia. Finally, the Chinese teacher volunteers together with Chinese students sang a Chinese song-“Dan yuan ren chang jiu” and expressed their best wishes to the Chinese and Latvians.
