当地时间2019年2月7日-2月12日,拉脱维亚大学孔子学院本部少儿高级班、高高级班学生与汉语教师志愿者邹亚平一起共同庆祝中国农历春节,共同感受了节日气氛、领悟了春节文化内涵。
当地时间2月10日-2月11日,少儿高级班、高高级班分别开展了“春节”主题文化课,志愿者老师准备了精美的春节介绍ppt,从起源和习俗两个方面入手,为学生们介绍了春节的历史由来和独特的庆祝方式。通过介绍,学生们了解了春节对于中国人来说的最重要的意义所在,那就是“合家团圆”。在介绍春节的习俗——“贴倒福”时,学生们感到非常有趣,他们认为中国文化中有很多“含蕴”,这是非常独特的,从中可以看出人民对美好生活的期许。在讲到春节习俗“发红包”时,志愿者老师送给了学生们装着人民币和祝福语的红包,学生们纷纷用新学的春节祝福语“猪年大吉,诸事顺意”来感谢老师。随后,师生共同观看了2019春节联欢晚会中的《少林魂》节目,学生们无不惊叹于中国武术文化的博大精深。最后,在剪纸体验活动——“剪立体春”中,学生们用灵巧的双手,剪出了生动的作品,表达了他们内心对春节的感悟。
当地时间2月7日及2月12日,少儿高级班、高高级班在志愿者老师的带领下体验了亲手“包饺子”的乐趣,通过之前的春节文化课,学生们知道了中国人在春节吃饺子的意义,于是他们也想用这样的方式来感受春节气氛。老师先演示了和面、擀皮和如何包出“元宝饺”,学生们看了之后纷纷跃跃欲试,他们在老师教授的基础上还进行了自己独特的创作,师生共同制作、共同品尝,其乐融融。老师还带来了自己烹饪的“宫保鸡丁”供学生们品尝,学生们纷纷用学习的汉语词汇说出了这道菜的原材料,这让老师非常惊喜,就这样,伴着美食与欢笑,一节课在欢乐祥和的气氛中圆满结束了。
本次春节文化系列体验课结合了文化介绍、节日民俗、手工体验、美食制作与品尝等多种元素,调动学生视、听、触、嗅等多方面感官,加深了他们对中国文化的兴趣,为学习语言增添了文化储备。

When talking about the Spring Festival custom “red envelope”, the volunteer teacher gave the students a red envelope with RMB and greetings. The students use the Spring Festival greeting which they have learned to give thanks to the teacher. Later, the teachers and students watched the “Shaolin Soul” program in the 2019 Spring Festival Gala, and the students were all amazed at the profoundness of Chinese martial arts culture. Finally, in the paper-cutting experience activity, “Cut Stereo Spring”, the students used their dexterous hands to cut out vivid works and expressed their inner feelings about the Spring Festival.

Through the previous Spring Festival culture class, the students knew that the Chinese were The significance of eating dumplings during the Spring Festival, so they also want to use this way to feel the atmosphere of the Spring Festival. The teacher first demonstrated the dough, the mink and how to pack the “gold ingot dumplings”. After the students saw it, they eagerly tried. They also carried out their own unique creations. The teachers and students jointly produced and tasted together. . The teacher also brought the “Kung Pao Chicken” cooked by herself for the students to taste. The students used the Chinese vocabulary they learned before to tell what are materials in this dish, which surprised the teacher.Finally, One lesson ended in a happy and peaceful atmosphere.
This Spring Festival Cultural Series experience class combines cultural introduction, festival folklore, manual experience, food production and tasting to mobilize students’ senses of sight, hearing, touch and smell, and deepen their interest in Chinese culture.
