CIUL Directors Attended 2017 Joint Conference of CEEC Confucius Institutes
2017年11月28日,在第六届“16+1”中国-中东欧国家政府首脑峰会在布达佩斯举行之际,国家汉办在匈牙利罗兰大学主办2017年中东欧国家孔子学院联席会,来自中东欧国家30所孔子学院的55名中外方院长和3名汉办代表及3名北京外国语大学代表出席了会议。
与会人员分为两个组,分别就两个议题中的六个子议题进行了热烈讨论。议题一:孔子学院服务“一带一路”倡议:一、本土教师与汉学人才培养,二、“一带一路”相关项目,三、与当地企业、中资企业间的合作;议题二、孔子学院质量提升、创新发展:一、提升汉语教学质量,二、孔子学院特色发展,三、区域孔子学院资源共享。
拉大孔院拉方院长贝德高教授就议题一中的本土教师与汉学人才培养问题作了发言,分五个方面简要介绍了拉脱维亚大学孔子学院在这方面所做的一些工作。一、拉脱维亚大学孔子学院教学点师资情况简介,二、发挥本土教师优势,本土教师与孔院教师志愿者分工合作,三、鼓励和推荐本土教师赴中国进修深造,四、协助和组织本土教师从事教材开发和课题研究,五、有意识地培养和推荐孔院各教学点优秀学生申请奖学金,为将来的本土教师队伍储备人才。
拉大孔院中方院长尚劝余教授就议题二中的孔子学院特色发展问题作了发言,也分五个方面简要介绍了拉脱维亚大学孔子学院在这方面所做的一些工作。一、教学点布局逐步涵盖全国,为一带一路服务,二、与拉脱维亚大学人文学院密切合作,打造汉语人才基地,三、与当地机构和华人社团密切合作,多渠道弘扬中华文化,四、协助大使馆管理汉语教学点,提升办学效率,五、加强孔子课堂和学分课程建设,提升办学层次。
这次联席会对东欧十六国孔子学院的发展起到了推动作用。
On November 28,2017,during the 6th Summit of Heads of Government of Central and Eastern European Countries and China in Budapest, 2017 Joint Conference of Confucius Institutes in Central and Eastern Europe was held on at the Confucius Institute at Eötvös Loránd University, Hungary and sponsorship by Hanban. 55 directors from 30 CEEC Confucius Institutes and 3 representatives from Hanban and 3 representatives from Beijing Foreign Studies University attended the conference.
All participants were devided into 2 groups and discussed 6 sub-topics under 2 major topics. Topic 1: Confucius Institute’s facilitating role in the Belt and Road Initiative includes 3 sub-topics, such as Training of local teachers and Sinology talents, “The Belt and Road” related projects and Cooperation with local enterprises and Chinese enterprises. Topic 2: The quality improvement, innovative development of Confucius Institutes includes 3 sub-topics, such as Improvement of the quality of Chinese teaching, Development of Confucius Institute’s own characteristics and Resources sharing among regional Confucius Institutes.
Latvian Director of CIUL, Prof. Peteris Pildegovics made an address on the sub-topic Training of local teachers and Sinology talents by sharing what CIUL has done on this issue in five respects: I. An Overview of the Staff in Confucius Institute at University of Latvia; II. Cooperation Between CIUL Teachers and the Local Teachers to Invigorate the Latter; III. Encouraging and Recommending Local teachers for Professional Development Programs in China; IV. Organizing and Assisting Local Teachers in Their Textbook Compiling and Similar Projects; V. Talent Scouting and Training During CIUL Students’ Scholarship Application Process as a Human Resources Reserve Project for Potential Local Teachers.
Chinese Director of CIUL, Prof. Shang Quanyu made an address on the sub-topic Development of Confucius Institute’s own characteristics by sharing what CIUL has done on this issue in five respects: I. Gradual Increase in CIUL Teaching Units That Spread Throughout the Whole Country as Abutment Joints of the Belt and Road Project; II. Building a Chinese Language Talent Reservoir Together with the Faculty of Humanities of UL; III. Close Cooperation with Local Organizations and Chinese Associations to Promote Chinese Culture in Multiple Ways; IV. Assisting the Chinese Embassy in the Management of Its Own Teaching Units and Helping Improve Its Efficiency of School Management; V. Improving Confucius Classrooms and Meliorating the Design of Credit Courses to Elevate Level of Running Schools.
This Joint Conference will promote the development of Confucius Institutes in Central and Eastern Europe for sure.
