Taste Dumplings, Express Emotion ——Senior Level Children of CILU Celebrated the Spring Festival

拉脱维亚当地时间2月28日晚上6时，拉脱维亚大学孔子学院本部志愿者教师滕飞携手少儿高级班学生丹尼尔、皑乐、曼达拉、赛琳娜等共度春节。本次佳节的主题是“品饺子，寄情谊”。

本次活动主要围绕“春节”展开，汉语教师志愿者依次向学生讲解春节的由来、传说、习俗等，内容主要涉及祝福语、“年”的故事、春节的庆祝方式、饺子、年糕、面条等。现场气氛浓烈，活动在学生包饺子与品尝饺子中圆满结束！

Local time at 18:00 pm., 28th February in Latvia, the teacher of Confucius Institute at Latvian University and senior level students celebrated the Chinese traditional festival together. The topic of this festival is ‘taste dumplings, express emotion’.

The activity started with the ‘Spring Festival’, teacher explained the origin, legend stories, customs of the Spring Festival, they were mainly about greeting words, the story of year, the celebrated methods of Spring Festival, dumplings, rice cake, noodles and so on. The activity was successfully ended after making and tasting dumplings by students.
